Trade winds Design + Build is a progressive Design & Build firm with a strong emphasis on modern Energy Efficient Design in the broadest sense - 'Modern' goes much further than the physical form of buildings alone. Practising Modern Design is to continuously ask ourselves: Why do we Build & Design the way we do? How can we build faster, smarter, and more sustainable? How can we conserve energy? The re-visiting of "Forgotten technology" - Sustainable heating, cooling, water & waste management methods used by our ancestors out of necessity.
