Rick and his team did an incredible job remodeling my kitchen, installing new flooring, creating a brand new laundry room upstairs, sealing the basement walls, painting my entire house, installing all new exterior doors and upgrading all of the lighting inside and outside. I highly recommend him and his team. He is a rare breed for his level of expertise and workmanship. He truly cares about his clients and it shows in his work. He is a man of integrity and I highly recommend him for any home project.

Work completed was sub par at best. Rick is a paper contractor that subs everything out and doesn't stand behind his work and his subpar subcontractors. This is not explained before work is completed. Highly recommend not using Rick or west shore for any home improvement needs. Unprofessional and very untimely Consumer beware.
