“It is refreshing to work with a crew that delivered what they said they would on time and on budget. Ridge Restoration are experienced professionals that deliver high quality work with excellent customer service. Going through a renovation is tough, but they make it as painless as possible. Their attention to detail and perfectionist mindset shows in the delivery. Because of their experience and talent, they were able to help find creative solutions to problems that invariably arise on a full gut renovation. They followed through on dates and were able to navigate the permits and inspections well. The thing that most impressed me was that they finished strong. In the last 2 weeks they worked hard to make sure when we moved in that we would be happy with the house. They did not let punch lists drag out and got us in our home before our deadline. If you have never gone through a renovation in Hoboken, NJ make sure you take a meeting with Ridge Restoration.”

“Restored my house along with my love for the Jersey Shore. I lost my whole first floor in Super Storm Sandy and The Downs Group renovated my shore house while I was living in Georgia. Jim Downs and his crew were professional throughout the whole process and dependable when it came to keeping us informed, giving us options, and benefits from their years of experience. His office staff continually advised me of every step they were taking through emails, photos and good old fashioned phone calls! When the renovation was complete and I flew up in October to see the finished project, I was not only overwhelmed but joyous! What a beautiful job! Quality persevered throughout my home! Attention to details was beyond belief! Their creativity along with their design work was impeccable! I would highly recommend them!”

“I bought a new house from Rica Builders and the design, quality and attention to detail of their work is beautiful. I have recieved compliments from every guest we have had here and even a few unsolicited offers the home is that nice! Our kitchen cabinetry and stone fireplace and mantel are stunning and the master bath is 5 star luxury. I also think it is important to note that throughout the home buying and project completion phases of the process they were extremely professional and demonstrated a high degree of commitment, accountability and trustworthiness - very rare these days. “We had envisioned landscaping our property for some time; we wanted something distinctive, not cookie-cutter, yet consistent with our house’s character. Our wish list was long and specific. After meeting with Neil (CD/GC) from Chambers Design we felt that the fit was right and decided to move forward. Early in the process it became clear that Neil and his team gave a lot of serious thought to our ideas and how they would work in relation to our house. Neil’s knowledge of his craft is formidable; his ability to harness our wish list into a big concept and then lay out a plan for how to implement it impressed us. We loved what we saw and selected the most important items to address first. The masonry construction was completed in a timely manner by artisans whose work was nothing short of masterful. Even in their first year, we thought the plantings looked gorgeous—and so did the countless hummingbirds and butterflies who visited us. Whenever an unforeseen issue came up, Neil was on top of it and was responsive and communicative. He always followed through. We’d definitely hire him again.”
