My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

They brought our vision to life beautifully, and we've gotten numerous compliments from family and friends. Our go-to guy was Jon, who was always clear and professional. He demonstrated dedication and integrity as they seamlessly addressed any hiccups along the way, maintaining a strong commitment to the agreed budget and timelines. The 10-year warranty and the one-month post-completion check-in are testaments to their focus on customer satisfaction. While we found ourselves overseeing some aspects of quality and communication, and adjusting to their payment schedule (NET5, so invoice on Mon pay on Fri w/ no set calendar), the responsiveness and adaptability of their team were commendable. We did encounter a few concerns such as site tidiness and some minor issues with the finishings, which they are promptly addressing. Their approach to the project was professional yet personable. For those doing a home renovation, Legacy Renovation is worth considering. As we plan future projects, we will invite them to submit a proposal.”
