The planning, budget and timeline were all met while we were able to work side by side to select our materials and appointments. The result was an open concept first floor living space with vaulted ceiling, remodeled eat-in kitchen with island, and first floor master bedroom and en suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and bench. Plenty of closets and even a “secret” door to more closet space off the laundry. The designer had great taste! We would recommend Hykal Homes to anyone who wants a job professionally completed at a fair price. No one else could match this builder!”

“We first reached out to Woodwise to get an idea of what we should expect from a renovation. Becky answered the phone and couldn’t have been more warm or kind. We had Becky and Hank come out to explain the design build process and again, we were comforted by their kindness. Going into a major renovation, knowing you’re in good hands is of utmost importance. We needed to feel that we could trust our home in their hands and my goodness did they deliver. We started the design process with Kathy and made our choices with her. She is top notch in her industry. If you aren’t working with an architect like Kathy, you’re missing out. She was always willing to answer our (many) questions and the responsiveness has been unmatched. Once things got rolling, I can’t express what a fun project this was. Did I just say “fun” when describing a renovation that takes out a kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom?! The crew who is doing the hard work every day is phenomenal and to be honest, I miss them! They got to know our children, they ALWAYS showed up with good attitudes, they always answered our questions, and listen - they cleaned up after every work day. Our kitchen was bare, our laundry room was taken down to the studs, and it was clear and clean every day. Overall, our project went better than we could have imagined. If there was something onsite that we wanted to tweak, or add (sorry Ben!), they were wonderful about making sure we were happy. After all, we are going to live here for many many years to come, and I believe they understand that and want us to be 100% satisfied as customers. I can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Woodwise if you’re considering any work for your space. The process is intrusive but with Woodwise, we have felt completely comfortable and happy every step of the way.”

“We built our dream home with Vince in 2018/2019. It was our first custom built house, so we were totally new and didn't really know what to expect. We thoroughly interviewed 3 potential builders and had preliminary discussions with at least 4 more. We called 5 of his references that we randomly picked of his list of about 20 and each customer raved about him and said they'd use him again. We also visited one of his houses that was in progress and he talked very openly about pricing and how much things cost and we were able to get a feel for his price point and what was a good fit for him - and it was a good fit for us. Also, he's a super easy going, laid back, detail oriented person who is very much on top of things. We knew having a good relationship and chemistry with our builder was going to be important since we'd be talking to him nearly every day for 9 months. So we think we were thorough in our selection process - and we're deliriously happy with how things have turned out. Overall we were on time and (gasp!) UNDER budget. He was very patient explaining things and letting us know what decisions we needed to make and the deadlines in order to keep the whole timeline on track. Sure, there were a few minor things that were wrong but they were quickly corrected. We've been in the house for 3 months and we've had no issues getting punch list items taken care of. We're extremely happy with our house, and the entire process that Vince guided us through. We STRONGLY recommend Vince and Silver Developers!”
