The contractor had little problem with the installation. This is a quality door and we love the color. We would recommend this door to our friends.

Most of the doors required a significant amount of adjustment in my new home build. One of them the door latch does not line up at all so the only way to keep it closed is to have it dead bolted…

The door jamb 6-9/16” hangs over the threshold and Danny says this is normal. 2. Sidelites have a piece of plastic at bottom of Sidelites; not mentioned in PDF and not in catalog 3. Ordered brass strike plates: received dark bronze: Danny won’t fix or order brass! Danny days Endura doesn’t make them: spine with Endura today: if ordered they will supply. Sidelites came in 2 different colors: ordered brass. 4. Service technician: Sean screamed at me and I have a video to prove! 5. Their work is shitty and they won’t fix any of it. 6. Left me without a lock for 1 month because they drilled hole that accepts door know too high.

Sean came and replaced our windows and some lights on a super cold day without any complaints, I offered to help when needed, would recommend him again and again

I am very disappointed with the quality of the wood used for the trim around the side lights. It was very rough and required much sanding. Additionally, after sanding the primer and wiping down with mineral spirits before painting with a primer based paint. Multiple areas needed to be filled with wood putty to repair nail holes and rough sawn wood. There were many areas which would not hold paint. I will have to sand it down and repaint this spring.

Our fogged up window was replaced by Sean on 9/30/2025 . He was very professional and exceptionally friendly. Went above and beyond of enlightening me on our doors. He was on time and very neat and clean on the replacement. Very satisfied to say the least.

Door came damaged, crew did a good job, disappointed the door was damaged. Door was scuffed and scratched. Touch up stain helped hide blemish.

Excellent door fitted right in .Color of door was perfect and was workmanship of door.Sure to tell others about the door.

Beautiful door and glass fits tight and superior workmanship from top to bottom. Well worth the money. Highly recommend this company and doors.

Doors seem well made. Wish they had stock full view beveled glass panes with metal trim. Colors seem limited too.

Left door shade already sometimes doesn't go all the way down. Also, came without a metal protection plate at the top for the security post (already notified my salesman about requesting one). But, we love the look and functionality to our deck, especially the blinds inside with the ability to entirely raise them from view; just wish the quality level was higher.

The bottom sill comes apart very easily during installation. I had to look very hard to find if it’s a right or left swing door. Otherwise it’s a pretty good decent door.
