Our family owned and operated business began nearly 20 years ago by two young best friends-turned entrepreneurs searching for a more viable way to support themselves. Endorsed by city police and fire departments, Community Safety Services got its feet wet repainting emergency address numbers in communities across the Bay Area. This "idea" expanded to parking lot striping and eventually our services grew to include full-fledged asphalt repair and restoration services. Now, we do anything pertaining to your parking lot or asphalt needs. Licensed by the State of California, Community Safety Services specializes in residential homes, gated communities, homeowner’s associations, churches, schools, shopping plazas, hotels, motels, and properties with unique traffic flow and parking situations. We take pride in tailoring each job to fit our customer’s needs and pay special attention to lessening inconvenience to tenants and customers.
