Do not hire under any circumstances. Took my money over 4 months ago, damaged my garage, which I paid to fix and so far I am out over $8,000. I still don't have a driveway. Does not respond to my emails, texts or calls. Sells a good game but you will regret it. Do your due diligence and research first. Wish I had, he has so many judgements against him that if I knew it I never would have hired him. Works under other company "names" as well.

I was excited with the job Brian Hayes Paving and his crew proposed. As it was they had to come back to correct and it appears I was shorted on one of my driveways. It is now about a year later and I have called Brian over and over about a dip in the driveway (something we expected could happen) "just call and we'll take care of it". No on returns my calls. I even had friends call for a quote from him, they got the quote and when questioned, never any follow up. Not sure what happened to this man or company. If you are looking for follow up or any communication after the job, beware.
