As a licensed electrician since 1985, I have over 24 years of residential electrical homeowner experience, with my customers. First impressions come from returning a phone call or e-mail promptly that you have made in less than 24 hours. Scheduling an appointment, I have found most customers are surprised by how punctual I am with being on time; "it shouldn’t be that way with a trade’s person wanting your business". I feel being on time is a good indication of a company’s philosophy in customer service and so will you. I take great pride and responsibility in caring for your belongings and home by using drop cloths, dust control, leavening no finger prints, clean up and removal of construction debris, even a towel at the front door to wipe our shoes when come and go. Finally I personally do the work with a small staff of employees that have been trained to my standards from start to finish, when we leave your home you will be satisfied by our through, quality workman ship and personal care.
