Online Fence Supply

1st an entire section of fence showed up wrong. They fixed this and sent the right one. We bought our fence late last year, and didn't start it until this summer. We attempted to inventory the parts when it arrived (how we found the incorrect fence) and thought it all there. We didn't have room to unpackage it if we weren't going to use it immediately, as it's nicely wrapped on a pallet. When we finally unpackaged it, we found that only one 12ft (2x6ft sections) drive-gate was sent. Due to the way the man-gates were packed, we mistaked as the 2nd drive gate. While I know it's been a long time - I have photos of when it arrived on pallets and now unpacked, yet they refuse to supply the drive-gate I paid for. I suggested that they calculate how much that pallet should have weighed and then look at the shipping slip and they'll see that it doesn't match. She just insisted that it said it shipped. It also said the correct fence shipped the 1st time, so their accuracy isn't great.

My order is 12 weeks late- on top of their "usual" order time. Chris does not reply to e-mails or calls. Then I got an e-mail that it would ship two weeks ago and it never came!! I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute charges since I did not receive any product or SERVICE for my money- I would stay away.....

First order missing product than finally called and told it shipped to wrong address but they expect me to hunt down where it was shipped. Second order nothing. You can never reach them and emails don’t work. Chris talked to me 10 days ago said he would call with an update never called back. The parent company is Hudson Fence and they will not talk to you. I’m calling then back to notify I disputed the charges on my call. This company is unprofessional and near scammers.
