Frustrated and disappointed. They built the fence onto neighbor’s property (despite clear instructions and a visible survey stake) then took days to remove. Left construction debris in my yard and neighbors yard. Sloppy work (bent nails, split wood, not plumb). Worst was the lack of communication. Mistakes happen, but when you don’t own-up to them and refuse to call/email, I’m left with no choice but to warn others to avoid. With so many fence companies, why use one who operates like this?

Excellent fence installation. The quality of work was outstanding and our new fence looks terrific. We have had many neighbors compliment us on how nice the fence looks.

A neighbor recommended Prime Fence to us, and we couldn't be happier that they did! We received a prompt, clear estimate, and excellent communication and follow-through with all deadlines met as discussed. Our project was unexpectedly delayed by a difficult neighbor who attempted to create an unwarranted HOA issue over our fence plans. However Prime helped us navigate that issue, attained all permits, and got out project back on track promptly. Trimming our back lot line hedgerow was a necessity to set the posts, but they respected my desire to maintain as much of the greenery as possible, and carefully cleaned up all the trimmings. Every one of the 6 crew members who worked at our home was polite, friendly, and appeared to take great pride in their craftsmanship. Of course the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and our fence (a cedar, shadowbox style) is solidly built, and completely gorgeous. We are new to the KC area and Prime even helped us with referrals for future projects on our new home. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Prime to family and friends without hesitation!

Prime built our steel fence at our home and was very professional and hands on. The owner's personally showed up to go over the process and costs before the project started. All of the crew was friendly and hard working. We've had a few fences built with other companies as we've moved several times and highly recommend Prime over any other companies in the area as our experience with them was exceptional.
