I am writing to warn others about my experience with Chicago Fireplace & Chimney. They are incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Here's what happened: I scheduled an initial visit, They quoted the fee and They promised to deduct the initial visit fee from the final quote and repair cost. After the initial visit, they disappeared. I sent multiple emails to Sean, and called the office numerous times requesting a quote, but received no response. This is completely unacceptable behavior. They took my money and then ghosted me. Their lack of communication and disregard for their promises is a huge red flag. I strongly advise against using this company.
