They worked with me to choose and install both floors and carpets. Both sales and installation team were friendly and efficient. Only glitches occurred when factory didn't perform / communicate. End result is excellent, work well done, pricing reasonable.

In January we had all of the flooring in our house redone and had a hard time choosing from their incredible selection of beautiful woods, tiles, and carpets. They were so helpful, and very considerate to all of our needs and concerns. Fantastic customer service!!!! From the sales consultants all of the way to the installers. I have not stopped recommending them to everyone I know even if they aren't thinking about new floors. My experience with Bay Area Floors was wonderful!!

Lewis Design-Build-Remodel

I have known Frank for almost twenty years now as my father was a general contractor and Frank had always been his go to sub when it came to all things flooring. Once I decided to start my own company Frank was the clear choice to continue to do business with.. His prices are fair and the workmanship is top notch.. Frank is not satisfied unless the project is done perfect.. Next time your planning to install new flooring or freshen up your existing floors, give Frank a shot. You will be glad you did!!!! Commented: Is this wood, engineered, or laminate? What brand/color is it?Not too sure about the risers... the eternity floors hold up well. Its not real wood, but if you are going for laminate, it would be a good choice!
