We had them come out and redo our deck and they used a product that means that I don't have to sand and retain it ever again! So now we hired them to give us new hardwood floors!!!

William is a true craftsman. He has done several projects at our home including: refinishing and repairing our floors, adding new wood floors to our master bedroom, and refinishing our front porch. We were challenged to think outside the box when it came to the railing, the hidden rooms in the middle, and some of the cupping wood from the vapor coming from below. From what I can tell, it looks like no new cupping has ever returned, which I think was my greatest concern.

Top notch outfit. I contracted with Beautiful Wood Floors for years in Denver, and was sorry to see them move to the Inland Empire. BWF has excellent service, organization, and attention to detail. They are deeply rooted with experience, and they were constantly pushing their knowledge of the industry to better serve our clients. I worked with them on all sorts of projects - installations, sand and refinishes, repairs and maintenance. I’ve been a hardwood owner/operator for about 20 years, and I started calling William and Wendy for advice about process, machinery, and technique after a couple projects. I would highly recommend hiring Beautiful Wood Floors for your project, small or large, or anywhere in between.
