CAP WOOD FLOOR

They were great. Very professional. They did a tremendous job. My floors are beautiful now. Very meticulous, but also quick. Went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

The CAP WOOD FLOOR team sanded and refinished the hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, bedroom, stairs, and hallway. They moved the furniture out and did the sanding and refinish in one day. They moved the furniture back the next day after the finish dried. They used a water-soluble natural (no stain) finish so it dried in 24 hours and didn't smell. The result was flawless (no bubbles or bumps in the finish) and beautiful. There was no dust as they used sanders that vacuumed as they sanded. I used CAP WOOD FLOOR because my girlfriend used them to replace the flooring in a bedroom and they did a great job. My GF is having them come back and do another bedroom. That's a pretty good reference too. I did this work in preparation for selling the house and it is now sold so I can't get a better picture. The picture I have included doesn't show how the rooms look, but it does show the work up fairly close.

My husband and I own a 3 bedroom ranch home. Many of the rooms had hardwood floors that were covered for many years by carpeting. We decided to pull up the rugs and have all the floors refinished. We found CAP Flooring and decided to use them because they were close by. Marcelo and his crew did an amazing job throughout the house. The jobs was well done and the cleanup was easy. I would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone!!

New floors on 1st floor, sanding and staining all 2nd floor. Marcelo said he’d start Monday and done and out by that Friday. He was a nice guy. Listened to us, and gave his opinion. Although, both my husband and myself laughed at his end date, we hired him. Well, he started on a Monday and finished that Friday. Left everything clean. Did a beautiful job. Beautiful. Well done!

Found this company at the last minute RIGHT before moving in and they were able to come over the weekend and refinish my entire living room, hallway, stairs AND banister to match. It looks AMAZING. We were so happy to have found them and they were amazing to work with during the entire process. I would absolutely use them again and might have to call them again soon to do our dining room next. I am happy to recommend Cap Wood Floor, Marcelo and his team were great, they installed two different wood floors for me, on two separate occasions and did an excellent job both times. They arrived at the time scheduled and were very knowledgeable and professional. I was very surprised how quickly the wood flooring was installed. When they were finished everything was spotless. I highly recommend Cap Wood Floor, and plan on calling them again when I need new flooring.
