This was my second job with Concept Flooring. They do stellar work. The first job was to install hardwood flooring, and I was extremely pleased with that work. This job was to install carpet throughout my upper level. Chris brought over samples and made suggestions to help narrow my choices. He really worked with me to meet my needs on price. The installers did an outstanding job. No fuss, no muss, just a great job. I would recommend this company without reservation.

If you need flooring, this is the company you need to use. We had flood damage in our home and Concept came to our rescue. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and my experience with Concept flooring was the best ever. They were professional, prompt , and very competitively priced! Wow! We don't usually spend time to write a review but our experience was so great with Concept Flooring that we had to share. We carpeted two rooms and the stairs, plus installed beautiful hardwood in the rest of the main floor. From the sales all the way through installation and cleanup, everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. We are so happy of the results and have included few pictures here. We have used them for our first moving-in flooring work 13 years ago. It was very impressive then, but even much better now. We have to give the highest rating for their excellence!!! Jennifer

concepts floors did an outstanding job of refinishing hardwood floors that had a glued down carpet since the 1960 's plus pet urine stains. The project was priced reasonably, they worked around my schedule, and the project was finished on time. Due to budget constraints we used a hardwood floor vinyl in the kitchen that totally matched the hardwood. The house was sold to the first person that looked at it. Jim Welsh and Concepts is my hero

I hired concept flooring recently to do new hardwood floor in 1st and 2nd floor. They did great job ! They aslo install new iron balusters. It was pleasure working with Chris Baker and he was available during and after installation . He and rest of the crew were very professional . Our house looks like new house !!! Concept Flooring installed 3,000 sq ft of carpet, including steps with padding, ceramic tile, several area carpets and wrought iron spindles on our main staircase. Very professional job completed within our budget and deadline was met as stated. The cleanup was awesome. All professionals and very knowledgeable as to the work to be done. I have used Concept Flooring Inc. for years. Jeff and his entire team are top notch. When preparing our home for sale they installed new carpet and it was a good quality and a great price. We moved to a home with hardwood floors that needed refinishing. We darkened the stain and refinished the floors and they looked spectacular. I am a Realtor and always refer all my clients to Concept Flooring. i know they will be responsive and professional from start to finish. I have had many, many happy clients who continue to recommend them as well. You may get a cheaper price but it won't be the same quality.

In March 2013 we had our entire main floor, stairway, and second floor hall carpeting replaced with new hardwoods. From the original estimate to the finished product, Concept Flooring held to a higher standard. For instance, of all the estimates I got for the job, CF was the only company to check the way my floor joists were running in order to install a more solid product. Every other company just took measurements. We were feathering in new wood to old in a few rooms, and the foreman took the time to show me exactly why we had so many problems with the older flooring. So, I got to learn something as well! Everyone on the team was professional and courteous at all times, and went above and beyond my expectations. On time and on budget.
