Had to write this review, service was SO great! Came here through recommendation + with plenty of questions regarding my kitchen flooring project since I do not know much about flooring. Staff was overall very friendly and knowledgable!! 10/10

Excellent experience from start to finish. They answered all of our questions clearly. And provided a competitive quote to replace our 5000 sq ft old floors. It is evident that they take great pride in their work and it certainly reflects in their enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Was recommended by a friend to check out this location because of its competitive prices. I recently had the wood flooring in my home redone because it was old and out dated. not to mention several nicks and scratches throughout the years. I went in to seek out material and was assisted by Marin, who was more than helpful to me but also wise. I was pleased from the beginning at hoe amiable the came as but when I asked what type of floors would be the best, yet modern and of course cost efficient and she took me strait to the flooring I couldn't have been more happy with. As I mentioned Marin was very knowledgable and suggested the flooring I purchased would update my home and give it a more chic vibe. I was told to coat it at least twice with polyurethane for that slick look. and possibly 3 times if I felt it needed that extra shine. I did as I was told and my floors look brilliant. I am more than happy my friend suggested this location and I greatly thank Marin for their time and effort to helping me make my home feel new and comfy. Super satisfied!

My experience with Factory Flooring Liquidators was amazing and stress free. They have many options to fit multiple accommodations. For example I wanted my floors to be waterproof because I have two big labs who are always getting into the pool! Waterproof floors to the rescue! They were very fast with ordering the floors I wanted and installment went even smoother. This company was very easy to work with.

I was looking to remodel my home and I was looking for a nice hardwood floor and tyles for my small bathroom so I diced to shop around this store, I was passing by everyday because was close to my house . I was very please and surprise about this place they have so many variety of selection for a great price . I purces from here all my hardwood and my tiles and the people how installed did an amazing job very happy over all . Their customer service was amazing and they shipped the tile out really fast! I highly recommend Factory Flooring Liquidator to everyone .

I emailed this company and replied within the next day which was very pleasing. I wanted to sand my living room along with one of the guest rooms since the floor was very old and ugly and gross, which my wife also agreed on. It was a light brown color and we wanted a dark brown color and the results were outstanding. It matches our furniture perfectly, which my wife was very concerned about. Overall, the work was done perfectly, couldn't say anything wrong about it.

We had the best experience with Factory Flooring Liquidators from the showroom where we picked samples which is always so hard. I emailed our plans to them for measurements and ordered! The pricing was very competitive and fair. We worked with the owner who could not have been more kind, professional and FAIR! Installers were awesome as well! All around great job! We had our whole house done in hardwoods and will be having them come out to do the kitchen and bathroom counter tops/back splash!
