Tom Dux started Hardwood Floors of Lancaster in 2005 after being in the hardwood flooring business since 1997. Tom has been putting people together with hardwood flooring for over twenty five years and opened Hardwood Floors of Lancaster to better meet the needs of the public looking for good quality flooring and excellent service at a below market price. Tom also does has a custom flooring line to ensure you get exactly what you've dreamed of. Not only do we have carpenters and installers for those of you who want to sit back while a top notch floor is installed for you. But we also empower clients who have the knowhow by allowing you to rent equipment to do the project yourself.

Tom was very helpful in showing me excellent products within my price range. He gave suggestions based on what kind of wear the material would get in my home. He was patient as I took my time, and allowed me to bring samples home several times. I had a friend who planned to install it, and Tom allowed us to use the necessary tools. A few weeks after my first visit, I received a call just to see if there was anything they could do. Customer service was top notch!

HWFL had so many options to pick from, PLUS Tom was very knowledgeable which made my wife and my job much easier when making decisions as to type of wood and color. Luke the installer was very particular when making all joints and angles fit together. We have two dogs and they have a tendency to run and skid on the floor, but the finish is so durable there are absolutely no marks after one year. We have also rehired HWFL to install another floor this summer. Excellent and professional work from start to finish. Thanks for making our home look so refreshed!

Looks really great. Excellent job of installation working in a very detailed foyer area. Matched the existing flooring perfectly and cannot tell it was installed at different times.

Excellent dealer for hardwood flooring. Offers the Teka brand which is very unique and not the cookie cutter option. They could have better communication with their clients.

Commented: Are these floors site finished? what colour is the stain?This floor is unfinished. It is a mill run White Oak. However this can easily be done with a prefinished product. I would recommend a Canadian prefinished mill for the White Oak.
