About Us Innovative Contracting Services, LLC is a limited liability contracting company that provides all types of tile work, hard surface flooring, renovations including custom designing and building and concrete work. We provide this work to all residential and commercial customers. Unlike many other contractors, we take pride in our work by completing it to the best possible ability, in a timely manner and at a fair price. We hope to soon be the first name that comes to mind when a home owner or company needs work done. We wish to achieve this by the quality of our work and by word of mouth from our previous customers and their experience choosing our company. Innovative Contracting Services, LLC was formed in September 2016 out of the Pittsburgh, PA area. It was founded by the owner, David Manfredi. Our Goal We are a licensed and fully insured contracting company that sets the bar for perfection. Our goal is to provide the highest quality work and to complete jobs in a timely fashion. We will strive to always exceed the customers expectations, all at a fair price for the service being done and quality of our work. Further more, we will always stand behind our work and never collect a final payment until the job is completed the best it can be done.
