We are absolutely thrilled with the work done by Rebecca White and her entire team at Kelowna Floors. Engineered hardwood was put in the living room and family room for my Mother. Rebecca was there every step of the way to ensure the job was done to the highest quality and on time. The installers Jeff and Lilian from John Van Dyke Flooring Installers were first rate professionals. As my wife and I had a flight to catch Sunday and Jeff worked for several hours on his day off Saturday. Lilian also worked from 9 AM until 7 PM on Saturday to ensure the job was completed. Thanks guys ! Highly recommend Kelowna Floors - you won't regret it !

We purchased laminate from Kelowna Floors to replace carpet in our 2 bedroom condo. They were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our quick timeline. The owner was very helpful in finding the right colour and type of hardwood floor. We had two bedrooms done with hardwood. The installer was super good. They removed the carpet. The job took two days.
