Excellent service! We were looking to have two rugs cleaned (including an off white wool rug!) and LLB did a fantastic job-it looks brand new! It was super convenient-he came to pick up the rugs, and returned them within a week. He is really professional and really knows his stuff-he even helped us arrange it back into place!
