The whole process was simple as they advertised! I made an appointment from the website. They will give you a call the day before the date you have requested! They are very flexible in terms of scheduling and modifying the order. I had to change the date to start a day earlier and change the color from black to blue. They were able to accommodate the request! They showed up on time they promised and was started from 8AM! Our house had too many cracks and chips. However, they were able to fix all of them. It turned out amazing! Lastly, you can't beat the price! I usually have been quoted alot higher in other companies. I like the idea that there is no salesman involved foe the entire process because I had no pressure. No hidden fees too. Absolutely recommending!!
