For the Midland location: EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not trust your flooring needs to be handled well. The sales person, Bunni and her manager are all about a quick sale and getting your money. They do not care about whether the job is done right and do not take the time to make sure you are actually purchasing what it will take to properly complete the job. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a flooring sales crew. Buyer beware before even going to them to comparison shop. The level of incompetence is astounding, given what information was left out of the buying process, which was only surpassed by their unwillingness to do to right by the customer. I am sorry that Paul Evans’ name is attached to this business because apparently he no longer owns it, and it shows.

Paul Evans requires 100% down before starting services. This should tell you everything. Beware, once they have your money, they have very little incentive to complete the job in a timely manner and do a great job. First, they dumped a big pile of tile in my alley and also filled up residential dumpsters with all their tile. Midland manger couldn't have cared less that I was cleaning up their mess after city officials came out to my house. After two months and multiple mistakes on their part, they finally finished a simple floor tile and back-splash job. It was so bad, it was almost funny. I'm guessing they missed ten appointment times and had to order more back-splash twice. Jeff, the overall manager out of Odessa said all the right things, but it only got worse. The manager in Midland, in my opinion, needs to do some other job or get help. OMG

Paul Evans does a great job with instillations and the carpet quality is great and long lasting! They follow up on same day instillations to secure they work.

The sales staff (Sabrina, in particular) was friendly and informative. She was patient while we made our decision on the carpet (several weeks) then continued to answer questions as they came up as we extended the delivery date due to home remodeling. The crew that laid the carpet were expedient and professional. They moved the furniture, cleaned the bare floor and laid the carpet in the whole house in approximately 5 hours total time. Good people & a job well done!

As a general contractor I have used this company for years.They have yet to let me down. The best people ever to deal with. They are very professional.

We hired Paul Evens Flooring to put new floors in a remodeled portion of our church building. The areas included a new coffee/ foyer area and children's ministry space. Jeff came and looked at the areas and made some great cost effective recommendation that we ended up going with. He was very helpful and took the time to understand our desires and made it happen quickly.

Jeff Russell of Paul Evans carpet and flooring is a very professional an honest contractor.. We at Trinity Baptist Church are very pleased with the project that was undertaken by Jeff and his crew.. It was done in a timely manner with no major problems. I would highly recommend them for any project an they are fair in their pricing.

I called Jeff Russell at Paul Evans Carpet to find a contractor to tile my shower. Within the hour, one called me. Our shower project was finished in less than a month. I was very pleased with Jeff's help.

Had a horrible experience with carpet. I would not recommend this place for expertise on carpet help! Takes several weeks to hear back from them and you are hounding them to get issues resolved.

I have worked with several carpet companies. Paul Evans Flooring is by far the BEST. They are Very professional, courteous and by far worth every dollar spent. They not only do a professional job but they are very meticulous. They are always reliable even at short notice. Their staff is friendly and clean up after them selves with out fail. I do not give recommendations but I would with this company.
