100% Recommend! This crew did a great work on our red oak floors. It’s more than the “job” for these folks. On time, reliable, honest, friendly, fair priced, hard working, quality work, clear communication, fast responses, everything you would be looking for. Our project consisted of removing particle board from a carpeted room and installing new red oak to blend with the existing red oak in the rest of the house. Then, sanding and refinishing all areas with a penetrating oil! The new floor blends better than we excepted. The attention to detail was obvious. The little requests we made were performed without skimping. Not more than a week after the floors were completed, I dropped a quart of paint on the beautiful fresh floors…. My husband and I cleaned it up with water and a citrus cleaner but the damage had been done. I contacted Joe and he and his team were back soon. They repaired the damage with a friendly smile and no judgement to my mistake. I’m happy to keep supporting this local business. We look forward to having Red Hills Hardwood back for regular deep clean and maintenance services on our hardwood floors.

Joe Boyer is a professional. Joe showed up when he was suppoused to and gave me a quote. I compared the quote to two others. Joe's quote was fair. I was impressed with Joe's knowledge of what materials would be needed to complete the look I was looking for on my front porch. He scheduled my job, requested a down payment and a signed acknowledgement of the work to be completed. Once I returned the down payment and the paperwork, the job was scheduled. Joe showed up when the job was scheduled. He was consistent and worked hard to complete my job. My porch turned out even more beautiful than I thought it would. I will DEFINITELY use Red Hills Hardwood again.

Joe Boyer and his father are a team of professionals. Not inexpensive, but are worth the investment if you want a premium, perfect installation. They skillfully tackled every glitch that our project presented, and there were many challenges to deal with, including uneven and slanted concrete slab, waterproofing, and challenging transitions to tiled areas. They did a great job and we could not be happier with the results.

My floors are my absolute favorite part of my home, thanks to Joe. We’ve used Joe twice, first for the initial remodel when we moved in he converted our carpet floors to hardwood, then again a year later when we had a house fire and a part of the floor was damaged. Both times he was the best trades person we hired! And we WILL be hiring him again in the future. By far the best choice when it comes to hardwood flooring. I am constantly impressed!
