Ruggieri Carpet One Floor & Home

Recently we had a damaged carpet reinstalled by Ruggieri. They did an excellent job! As always they were respectful, and provided quality workmanship. I recommend them to anyone for any project.

I cannot believe that I am reading a bad review about Ruggieri Brothers. I have been a customer for over 25 years and have had impeccable service and selection every time I have dealt with them. Last November I decided to replace the rugs in my sunroom and bedrooms. I ordered from a sample and when the carpet was installed I noticed that the color was different from the sample. Nancy Lisi-Asprinio reordered the carpet from the mill and the second sample also came in with the incorrect tint. She then offered me a price reduction from the mill or another choice. I decided that the color had to be perfect so I waited for my new selection to come in. In both occasions, the installation was precise and professional and I highly recommend Ruggieri Brothers for any flooring solution. Customer service is second to none.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company and customer service in my life. I purchased carpet with a warranty, which they used every excuse under the sun not to honor. The employee Diane is hands down the worst customer service rep I have ever encountered. For almost seven months she promised to provide me information relating to my claim and didn't. I had to repeatedly call the store to find out the status of my claim. I was told I would be called back by Diane and she never called back. This happened at minimum seven times. Finally, I called and spoke with the owner Bernie, who was even worse than Diane. He acted nonchalant about horrible customer service, refused to honor my warranty, made no apology for Diane's awful behavior, was sarcastic, and didn't seem to care about the horrible impression his company makes. With all of the businesses in Rhode Island, there is no need to give money to a company whose owner doesn't care about his customers. This company is a sham and they offer warranties which are completely meaningless. They will not honor warranties and will avoid you should you have a problem with your carpet. Between Diane and the owner Bernie I have no idea how this place constantly brags about their good customer service.

I recently replaced 2 area rugs in my living and dining areas. It took a while to find exactly what I was looking for, and Amanda Baker at Ruggieri Carpet was extremely helpful and patient while I decided the carpet and sizes. Ruggieri Carpet had the best selection, and the carpet prices were comparable or better than elsewhere. I would definitely recommend Ruggieri Carpet and Amada Baker!

Having had a flood disaster which destroyed our carpeting, our first stop was Ruggieri Carpet. We were greeted by a sales person who pleasantly guided us to the section where we could find the right carpet for our steps and landing, describing that it had to be a commercial grade due to the heavy traffic in the area. We were able to take samples home, and easily made an appointment for an estimator to come to our home to measure and advise. Everything went like clockwork in terms of procedure and promptness, and Ruggieri's made it easy. The rug was ordered, the date was set for installation, the installer was fantastic attending to every detail, and when we saw one little problem, the installer returned the next day. It was an absolutely perfect shopping experience.

Ripped up old carpet and the old floor pad. Replaced with a new floor pad and laid a new carpet. the company was very professional and i would hire them again in a heart beat.
