I got a fixer upper house in Dublin, CA. This house Doesn’t have anything livable - after interviewing multiple people for a month I met Suren for flooring, unlike others who were quoting with estimates he was very passionate about flooring he ripped a piece from floor and told us that there is a termite issue across the floor which needs to fixed prior - which made us blown away by his intelligence and honesty towards work. We did entire tile flooring for our house which is about 1350 sq.ft and 2 bathrooms remodel as well. Suren is a true angel in the entire process though flooring has to start after the few other things he managed the schedule very well with his team and made sure every detail is properly done without compromise on quality. He used to answer all the details very patiently and has high potential in his recommendations. His team is also very friendly and diligent like him. Prices are competitive, but there are many other benefits if we go with Sweet hardwood floors which I did not see in my other contractors 1. Shipping - they make multiple trips across the stores for material , won't fuss about anything and pick up the items which you like. 2. Top notch recommendations about many other things in housing process. If you are a first time home buyer or looking for any flooring needs you know your destination.

Suren and his company were great. They came out and took detailed measurements and gave a very competitive quote with a thorough cost break down. I had them tear out carpet and install laminate flooring. He was able to rip out the old carpet in a few minutes and began installing right away. Most of the job was done in about a day (we left him a key as we went out of town). I'd definitely recommend working with Sweet Hardwood Floors.

Sweet hardwood floors guys are true craftsmen who are detailed oriented and does fine wood work. They installed hardwood flooring in my entire in-law unit including stairs and the end result was professional and flawless. They also recommended the flooring shop where i ended up buying excellent quality wood flooring at very reasonable price. Will definitely hire them again for another project.
