USA FLOORING

USA flooring in Durham was the third flooring store I visited to decide on flooring to update a newly renovated basement space. By far I obtained the best service from Scott DeBoer at the Durham USA flooring store. He went out of his way to help me choose a variety of flooring I would be happy with. On more than one occasion, he stayed late (after store closing) to make sure I had all of my questions answered. Since I was not initially happy with the carpeting selections, he brought in additional samples from both the Raleigh and Fayetteville store for me to look at. This type of service needs to be commended. Please note this review does not deal with the installation, since this has not been performed as of yet.
