Although Ken was cordial and the carpet installation was finally satisfactory, the installers were highly unprofessional and showed little concern for condo integrity and the safety of the residents. They broke the concrete floor and though they patched it, we were charged extra for their mistake. Most shockingly, they breached open the bedroom windows without asking us and threw out old carpeting from two bedroom windows of our third floor condo. Several senior citizen residents noticed their odd reckless behavior (carpet flying out of the windows into the front of the bldg.) and reported us to the board. We have been penalized. I would think twice before hiring these carpet installers.

Ken and his team from Western Linoleum removed the old flooring in our kitchen, dining room and entry (tile, vinyl sheet and carpet), installed plywood underlayment so all areas were level, then installed new Luxury Vinyl Plank and stair nose. Ken worked to our remodeling schedule, which was complicated and required 3 phases for the flooring: Remove old flooring, install underlayment after kitchen cabinets had been removed and finally install LVP after cabinets had been installed. As could be expected, we had some delays with the kitchen cabinets, but Ken took everything in stride and adjusted his schedule as needed! It was apparent throughout that Ken works very hard, and takes great care and pride in what he does. He never rushed any work, arrived at our house at the time promised, cleaned-up after each phase, and was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. After the job was complete, we noticed a manufacturing flaw in one of the planks (not Ken's fault and very hard to see!) and asked Ken to replace the plank. He replaced the plank quickly and professionally. The finished floor looks fantastic!

Ken was wonderful. Came when he said he would, was there on time. He does beautiful work and is clean and neat. I love my new floors and was so happy to find someone with his skill level.
