Owner was very pleasant initially when I had to ask for a rush order on a large custom wall mural for a interior design client I was working for. They got it out in time but the order turned out not the color intended. Tried to reach them on several occasions via emails and multiple phone calls to see how to solve and/or exchange the order. No response. The only way I could get a response was to open up a payment dispute at which time, the owner unjustifiably accused me of trying to defraud her!!?? Got called lots of things via email and just a bad experience all around. The owner needs to learn real diplomacy when things go awry with a customer; that is the benchmark of a good business. I certainly didn't expect to be called a fraud for simply wanting to see how to exchange a product that didn't turn out right for one that would. I will not do business again with this company ever again.

This professional designer sent us a photo to print for his client. We printed this photo exactly how he asked and expedited it to his client, by request bypassing the sample and proof stage, as she needed it in just 3 days from the time of order. The print came out beautiful, but apparently his client thought it had a pink undertone and was unhappy. This designer then filed a case with PayPal stating it wasn't what was ordered in an attempt to be refunded in full. When a professional designer sends us a photo for a client and opts out of the proof/sample stage, we are certain that the designer is fully confident that the image is exactly what his/her client wants. When printing an image from screen size to over 10 feet, there would be no way for us to know whether or not the image had a slight undertone in an area without printing it in its entirety, doing a series of proofs from all areas of that image. We have perfect color matching lighting and use only the highest quality Pantone lighting systems and are absolutely certain there was no pink undertone. We extensively photo every order prior to shipping and we provided these photos to this designer. It very sadly came down to us having to threaten to report this designer to the Board of Interior Design for us to recover the hundreds of dollars that were frozen in our PayPal account. He has since left us awful reviews on any venue he can and continues to be unbelievable unprofessional and untruthful.

ACCENT WALL CUSTOMS IS AWESOME! In need of a cool/unique wedding shower gift, and wishing I had started sooner, I called Accent Wall Customs. I wanted something personalized but I knew it probably was too late to process/ ship in time. I expressed the bicycle enthusiasts would be married /residing in Tennessee, with the groom being from MA. She described an idea of a vintage tandem bike with image of each state within the wheels and personalized. She further guaranteed I would have in time for the shower only days away! Heather sent me proofs that were perfect! I received in time and the couple loved the thoughtful gift! I am fascinated with the texture /image of the wallskin and with all the amazing designs...I am having a hard time choosing something for MY WALLS and can't wait to order something for our home!

Buying products from overseas is sometimes difficult, but Accent Wall Customs were extremely helpful and efficient. The wall 'cover' sent was perfect. The colours matched the online photo, easy to stick on my laundry cupboard/wall and the quality was "right up there"... I'm a happy decorator!

We contracted with Accent Wall Customs for a custom wall covering for a sitting room. The project came out perfectl and was very easy to apply. Prior to printing Custom was asked airbrush the picture to remove several unwanted images. As you can see they did an excellent job. For this project we wanted to project an image of their favorite vacation area while creating a warm retreat where they could get away and relax. I believe this was accomplished. They offer homeowners an excellent opportunity to update bedrooms for children so they can reflect an age appropiate room and as they grow easy removal and updates. They cost is very reasonable
