Website description and picture could not be more inaccurate. Incredibly disappointed with the product and appalled at the non-existent customer service the company handled the situation with. Do not purchase from this company, you will regret it.

Do not order from them. Placed order in the middle of April for a bed frame. It said it's a pre-order item so it will take 2~4 weeks for us to get it. after 5 weeks, I hear nothing from them so I e mail the customer service and they told me the item won't be ready. we have to wait until the beginning of July. waited until the second week of July, no update. I e mail for an update. They said something wrong with the shipment. The bed frame won't be here until the beginning of August. Wait until 8/2, no update again. So I called the customer service again. this time they said they got the bed frame ready and want to schedule a date to delivery. schedule to delivery today and I took a day off just to wait for the bed frame because they said if we missed the delivery day, they will charge an extra delivery fee. Got a call at 10:15 told me there is no bed frame on the inventory. Call the customer service again. Cut me off 4 times. after trying to call them for another 20 min. finally, I get a hold with a lady. told her the story and all she said is "because the manufacturer didn't have that item in stock" The whole time no one follows up with me about my order. I have to follow up with them. Item supposed to be delivered but somehow it disappeared!

Do not buy anything from this people, they will take your money and will stood you up. I waited for delivery till 11.30 pm, NO ONE showed up. 5 days later they still have not called me back or refund my money. Save your money and time, do not buy from them!

I hardly ever write reviews, but I should say this is an amazing place to get furniture with reasonable price. I purchased a dining table and two wood chairs here. This purchase exceeded my expectations. First, you can't beat the price. They have the competitive price, I can't refuse! Secondly, their delivery really fast and the delivery staff are professional! Lastly, the quality is awesome, too. So BULKEA is worth 5 stars!

I have become a fan of Bulkea! As shown on the website, price range of Bulkea is Inexpensive, in fact, it really saved. There is a saying that no good goods cheaper, but not only the price here is cheap, quality can also make me satisfied. Then, Bulkea has its own professional delivery personnel. Pay for only $30 can get delivery and assembly services, so convenient I should say! Although furniture is not high frequency goods for purchase, I will continue to focus on Bulkea still!

I purchased whole furniture of my studio last month ,they delivered included assembled only charge $60 for everything more than 10 items of my order ,wow, I mean the lobar is so expensive in USA, their driver spent the whole afternoon assembled. I was so satisfied, unbelievable good price! I could spend double $$$ if I purchased from other places, I’m glad I found this website! So happy saved my money and with their good price!!!

We were in the market for new furniture as our old couch had lived way past its natural life for some time but we didn't want to break the bank either. We browsed through various online and brick-and-mortar stores but none could offer the better price than Bulkea. The turnaround time was quick after the order. The order was placed on Monday and the delivery is scheduled for Saturday. The customer service was friendly and quite helpful. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and they were more than happy to send help along with the driver to ensure that the furniture was delivered inside the apartment. I would highly recommend the site with its highly competitive prices and decent collection of furniture.

After price compared I decided to buy from Bulkea. Damaris was helpful and friendly, she did what she said. With her help my whole purchase process went smoothly! Delivery was an absolute breeze! The two delivery stuff arrived on time, though assembly was effortless they did a good job. And the quality is good for the price we paid! Overall, this place was pretty good.

What a find! I was looking for a twin bed for my kids. I surfed on their website and found a lot of furniture I want for the prices were really awesome. I'm not a shopaholic but their price and products really attracted me. Then I ordered a bed, a dining set, and two love seats. They are in my home this time. I should say the quality was pleasantly surprised me, the furniture were sturdy and build exquisitely.

Before buying a piece of furniture, of course, I will consider whether the item I brought is the same as the picture the seller described or not. There are so many pictures of Bulkea on website, and the item I received was not different from the picture. This is great! Considering the furniture is large item, so many stores do not provide free delivery service generally. Bulkea provide professional shipping services, including the assembly only $30. I think it is very convenient for customers. What's more, the price of Bulkea is cheaper than others even include the delivery fee. But what surprised me most was the service, not only the delivery service but also the after-sales service. I got a piece of undamaged furniture, which is not easy. And when I need some help, I sent an email to the customer service, they would solve my problem patiently.

Our dining room buffet is fabulous. Quality White painted perfect and heavy. So pleased!! And the delivery and quick assemble was the best customer service we have ever had?!! We live at the beach in Newport and there is always an issue parking. The 2 gentlemen and I mean gentlemen!!! Found our home, were smiling as they walked up our walkway with a huge heavy box. They said no problem, as they hunted and found a parking space a few streets over. They were so professional, kind and accommodating, my husband and I had our mouths wide open... as we usually get the cranky, and not sure they like their job... delivery men. Conversely, Francisco Rodriguez and Ruben Gutierrez spoke highly about their company and how great Bulkea is to work for and told us about a few upcoming promotions that we might look into. They were very impressive spokesmen for the company and so professional and fun also!! Thank you Bulkea as I was nervous to order furniture on line, viewing it only on line and not in person... but the buying experience has been perfect. THANKS to Frank and Ruben also!!

Thank you for the good product and friendly service from Bulkea! In the process of purchase, I have some questions to ask customer service, so I sent an e-mail. Customer service resolved the issue promptly once received my e-mail. The sofa I purchased is a big guy, so I bought the delivery and assembly services. Okay, it was worth it! I am so happy that my sofa is in my living room now, it is so beautiful!
