My kids bed arrived with a broken leg. I contacted customer support and they told me I needed to give them the part number and a photo of the box but I had already thrown that stuff away so now they say they can’t ship me out a new leg for the bed and now I’m stuck with a kids bed that has a broken leg on it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I also tried leaving a one-star review on their site and it won’t post the review but it will let me leave a 5-star review.

The customer service for this company is terrible. I purchased this bed directly from their website. I bought it for just over $700 on August 30, 2018. I was told delivery would be September 7. It didn’t arrive that day. Customer service emailed back and forth with me and assured me they would expedite delivery, expect it September 10. It arrived September 14. The bed was missing two key pieces to assemble. One piece was obviously damaged. Other pieces were scuffed. Drawers that had visible places for nails to be used to secure had flimsy staples. I called customer service and they could care less. Cecile Martin, customer service representative, was annoyed that I called angrily. What type of company sends 80% of the product and poor quality product and then drags their feet on apologizing and replacing? We were told our replacement parts would also be expedited that day. No shock to us, they were not sent out until the following Tuesday. I have asked to speak to Liz, the manager, for 4 days. Either she is fictional or this bogus company is so used to scamming their customers that I’m one of several unhappy people this manager just hasn’t had the respect or intention to call back. This company is horrific and I hope any customers considering them to look elsewhere.

Great customer service, when one box was damaged and required a replacement piece, they promptly answered emails and sent the pieces. The bed and extra pieces are sturdy and were not too difficult to put together. I would not hesitate to buy another product from them!
