Our Company Diamond Garden was founded in 2007 in Bremen Germany. Currently we have offices in Shanghai and Jakarta; and partner factories in China and Indonesia. Our design team is headquartered in Germany and our customer care/after-sales team is based in Seattle, WA. Copy of these reports are available to customers upon request. We make every effort to assure all pieces are defect-free, but in case a claim is received under the scope of our guarantee, our service department will replace the defective piece with the same or equivalent product. If the product is out of production, we will offer a suitable substitute.
