My name is Eric Schmidt, and I believe you deserve to enjoy high-quality craftsmanship at a price you can afford. Company History I started woodworking basically as a hobby about 11 years ago, primarily making things that I needed around the house. A book shelf here, a bench there, that sort of thing. As is usually the case with new undertakings, it wasn't easy at first. But I enjoyed the challenge of learning something new. The more things that I made, the better I got and the more I grew to really enjoy creating things. When the pandemic hit, some personal things really started to hit me. With the encouragement and support of my wife, I quit my job and just worked on doing projects around the house. I also connected with another woodworker to build desks for area kids to use during remote learning at home. I saw how much people enjoyed getting a quality, handmade item. And, so once things had quieted down and I got caught back up on household projects, I decided to launch my business.
