TERRIBLE SERVICE! My upholstered dining chairs were delivered without having been steamed during manufacturing. The chair skirts did not lay appropriately and the delivery driver told me to try to iron them myself. Realizing that I might harm the fabric with an iron, I called customer service. I received apologies, but it took three (3) weeks and three (3) telephone contacts before Ethan Allen responded.
