I had a great experience at this store. I was pleased with the low pressure sales and the patience of the store manager. I ended up at this store because of the poor practices of another furniture retailer. I was forth coming about my frustration and appreciated the patience and understanding of the store manager. I would most certainly send anyone to fine home furnshings to buy furniture.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff all around. No pressure sales, whatsoever. The furniture we bought was some of the most comfortable we have every purchased. Very reasonable prices, also.

The best furniture purchase I’ve ever made, no pressure sale, great recommendations on the furniture I was looking for and they asked plenty of questions to find me products that better fit my needs for issues I hadn’t even thought about. Delivery was painless and everything was put together with no issues quickly and effectively. Honestly we could not be any happier.

Not happy with the mattress that we got from the home furnishing store. We went to the store two times and told them that it was uncomfortable. They told us to give it some more time to break in both times . We went in again in April to complain and demand an exchange, They should have said gocha, because now the comfort warranty is past. We called the manufacture and they said the same thing. They at the store never told us the length of the comfort warranty when we went in the first two times to complain.

Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with you mattress. Comfort guarantees are offered through the manufacturer not the store. We have a strict store policy for our mattress department especially. 1) we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise approved by the factory 2) we do not haul away old or used mattresses. This policy is in place to assure our customers that they are getting new mattresses and also to eliminate any threat of contaminating our trucks and facilities. Please feel to call us for more info and I hope that you will give us a chance to make it up to you on your future purchases.
