Delivery date for one recliner kept getting pushed back and ended up taking nearly five months. Poor customer service addressing problems with the chair.

I am an Interior Designer and have found Home Fashion Interiors to be a wonderful resource for client needs. The staff is very nice, helpful, and ready to help. I enjoy working with Mark Sunderland, also an interior designer, who makes our friendship/partnership a delightful experience for my clients, too. He respects my taking the lead on the project and understands my needs and goals with serving my client, as well. If my project requires one piece or many pieces, I get great service every time in their showroom and with delivery!
