I purchase two acacia Adirondack chairs in April 2018 and one was damaged. The owner of HRH Designs Paul Hillson promised me for months a replacement, but since September 2018 will not return my phone calls or answer my emails. I'm now filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
