Love's Bedding and Furniture

Worst product I ever purchased. I bought a recliner in January of 2021 for my husband. It was defective. The seat was uneven. It was lower on the right than it was on the left. I know that fact was not their fault. They would not replace the chair, rather they sent 2 different people to my home at least 3 times to “fix” a brand new chair. They couldn’t get it even. They went so far as to replace the entire reclining mechanism with no improvement. One gent advised me to take it to an upholsterer. You can feel your spine twist when you sit in it. He returned to my home to fix it a second time. He tried to build up the seat on the right side, which rose it up slightly. That was it. Customer service very, very poor. We trashed the chair. A replacement was all we needed instead of an 8 month run around. Unfortunately, I was tired of battling Love’s. Very stressful experience. I noticed they removed my bad review from their website. So here are more details. I’ve had way better experiences shopping online. I’m finished with Love’s.

Love's is a family run furniture and bedding store with excellent customer service and high quality furniture located in western New Hampshire. When you first walk in, it appears cluttered because it has so much furniture and accessories and it is a small store. But the furniture is high quality and reasonably priced and the sales people are knowledgable and low pressure people. My husband and I bought a vey nice leather sofa, chair and ottoman there. It was delivered quickly for only $80. We also purchased a lovely wooden 3 drawer filing cabinet that is solidly made. I will shop at Love's again and would highly recommend it.
