BEWARE!!! Found a metal sign on this site and tried to order online. The shipping charges were $563.00?? This was shipping to MICHIGAN on a 14X14 metal sign. After a few weeks of the shipping charges unchanged we called the store to order. At that point we were told it would take 2 weeks to create the sign. After nothing received after 6 weeks we called to find out the status of the order and left a message. We called back and was then told the sign was no longer available? Asked for a refund on the canceled order. We never received a refund and the phone is not being answered or phone messages are not being returned. Calling credit card company to get the refund. BY the way...the sign is still on site as available. Avoid this place and shop elsewhere!!

This is a warning to anyone wanting to purchase anything from this company online. This company does not follow any of their policies listed on their site. They take up to 3 months to ship out products and that is only after the order was cancelled. Costing a lot of time and money to ship the products back (only way to see a refund of any sort) the owner does not follow through on anything promised in writing. Will tell you the items are on the way, then a week later tell you ...oh that item was actually meant for someone else. Will promise you a full refund and then a couple of weeks later ship you the items anyway (and no refund to be found). Eventually had to go to my credit card company to press for a refund. Do not put yourself through this! Learn from my mistake.

This is the first negative review that our company has ever received in over 3 years and countless purchases by satisfied customers. This was an international transaction, which did not occur through Houzz.com or the Houzz.com Marketplace.

We tried our best on this one but it didn't work out the way we had hoped. This particular customer's purchase was part of a Canadian fulfillment program that we explored for a short period of time. We quickly abandoned the program due to the nightmarish logistics and high costs for shipping and import taxes. We also terminated our relationship with the logistics company. It also revealed to us that our Return Policy contained certain language that was potentially open for misinterpretation, and as a result we have since clarified and updated it.

The end results were that this customer received a full refund for her purchase including merchandise and all shipping charges. We used it as a both a learning experience and as a chance for us to improve our business.
