Montgomery Overstock

My sister received a dining set that had spots and chips of color missing. I left a different furniture store after calling to see what type of dining room sets Montgomery Overstock had. I decided to help them out and give them my money because they appear to be decent salesmen. I debated over several dining room sets. After the owner said on of the tables I was looking at would be in on a specific day I paid for that set, including delivery and setup.. On the said delivery day, I made a call and found out that my chairs were in but the table wasn't. So, I paid for a delivery and setup that didn't take place as said. I was told that it would be over 2wks before my table would come in. I have purchased furniture from other stores that guarantee your delivery date or they pay you. The store has no problem accepting money upfront for payment of products, setup and delivery. They have shown no concern for my schedule being changed for nothing or for me paying my money for something they didn't deliver on. My advice to others would be to give your money to a furniture store that does what they say and if they don't, they atleast respect you and your time enough to give your money back for not keeping their word and messing up your schedule.
