Ohio Hardwood Furniture

This company is amazing at customer service - the BEST customer service we have ever received!!!! We live in Arizona and ordered 5 pieces of furniture including 2 leather recliners. Shortly after receiving the furniture, we noticed the leather on the recliners was deteriorating rapidly (cracked and losing the top layer). When we sent photos, there was never any hesitation on their part to correct this. Rather than make us send back the chairs or at least the seat parts, they told us they would redo the chairs and when finished send the new ones and then take the original recliners back. We were never inconvenienced for one moment. We cannot say enough good things about the company. Oh, and the quality of the furniture and upholstery is excellent as well.
