Quality furniture and a seemingly friendly staff but don’t trust their ‘hold’ policy! My wife and I found the perfect Bar for our Living Room after months of searching. They helped get us measurements of the piece, then they told us they could put it on hold for us for 24hrs and if anyone else wanted it, they would call us and give us first choice to purchase the item. This was a great plan because we had to run to another store and quickly get our daughter to the dentist. Less than 20min after leaving the store, they apparently called my wife’s cell phone while she was in the dressing room. When she got out, she She noticed her phone had a new voice and text msg on it. We got back to them 16 min after their call and text to say we would purchase the item and they told us that they had sold it already. I am so disgusted that their hold policy couldn’t ‘hold’ our furniture for even 16 min! Management wouldn’t even get on the phone to discuss - even though they knew how upsetting the process was for us. Proceed with caution at this store and certainly don’t expect any reputable customer service. Talk is cheap, just like their customer service policies.
