Wood Urban Design WUD

I had an heirloom tree with special meaning that I hoped to have made in to furniture. The initial contact with WUD was wonderful and they even suggested a service to do the tree cutting. The cutting was done quickly and for a reasonable cost. Things fell apart as soon as the tree was down. Both parties promised to remove the tree. That never happened. After two months of calling and texting WUD, the downed tree was still in the backyard WUD assured me they were still interested in the job but they were always out of town. With their approval I hired a service to deliver the smaller logs to the address given by WUD. It's now been three months and the largest log is still in the backyard and WUD doesn't know where the delivered logs went. After many calls and text, the only response I have is finger pointing and blame.
