Westwood Restorations

I wish I could vouch for their work, but after 3 months of lies that they were working on it they never so much as touched my piece. I dropped a sewing table to be repaired and refinished in late June; a simple job I thought would be a good representation of their work before I brought the really precious stuff in. I didn't hear anything for a month so I emailed in early August; I was told it would be ready next week. They even told me it was on the calendar for August 15th. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I emailed again. Almost done I was told, one more week. I got busy, and realized it had been another month and I hadn't heard anything. Worried that something had happened to my furniture that I wasn’t being informed about, after three months, I decided to pick my piece up. It turns out it has been untouched. The owner's response? He can only report the status he's given. He's got too many projects so he's too busy to follow up or give you updates. Well good news! I won't be bringing them any more work, I recommend you don't either.
