I was in a panic. My garage opener stopped working and was emitting a terrible smell...like plastic burning. By the next day and early afternoon, Toni had two techs at my home doing their magic.. and voila! A leaking part was replaced....All is well and the money I saved, my having thought a new opener was mandated..The gentlemen assured me that it was a replacement of a part, and they performed their task efficiently and neatly. I am very impressed. I have history with this company but never had an emergency like this where I was unable to open the garage ...How quickly and professionally they performed the task at hand.. and Toni in the office was extremely helpful and cordial..They are my Overhead Angels. I personally own a home in the Brookfield, CT historic district.....so when presented with some challenges by the historic commission, Lou at Overhead Door went out of his way to help me meet those challenges. He met personally with my husband and I on several occasions over a period of a couple of years and also met with board members who visited with him to also arrive at a solution to our issue.
