albert put my garage door in on a new construction during installation found a damaged panel. ordered a new panel and replaced the damaged one within a week. very professional service was excellent

I called Slack Overhead Doors about a problem we were having with our garage door about 10:00 AM yesterday. I was told that they could be at my house by 11:30 AM as they were in the area. Albert Slack arrived right on time, he took a look at the door and immediately started working to replace a broken spring, a damaged roller and a cable. The door works better than it ever did and I had a very pleasant conversation with Albert while he worked. A very nice man. And the price was very good! Cannot say enough good things about Slack Overhead Doors.

Slack no-showed for two install appointments, on consecutive days. Both times, it was clearly due to a complete lack of organization. No attempt was made to contact the customer, and no apologies were even given when I called to figure out where they were. I asked the owner to call me, and he never did. Horribly unprofessional, and not worth your time! Online reviews make it clear this extends to post-install problems, when they won't return calls.
