arden has been helping maintain our property for many years.. i think 15 years.. he has done many repairs over the years and we have always been very satisfied. He and his employess are considerate and clean up well, the project s have been completed and not left unfinished and the costs have been what i have expected

We first used Arden in 2002 when a devastating flood ruined our basement while our house was on the market. Arden came in quickly and performed a stellar renovation which enabled us to get our house back up for sale within three weeks. Since then, we have used Arden for every job - large or small - on our new home. He provides fair and honest quotes, and is always available to talk about any issues that arise. Our most recent renovation was a total gut and remodel of our horrific 1980s wood-paneled bathroom, which is now the showpiece of our home. We have also referred Arden to many friends and neighbours, who have experienced the same excellent level of service. His team is personable, fair, accessible and honest - everything you would want when you trust someone with home improvements.
