Patrik Achilles is a Tennessee native who grew up in Franklin, and currently lives in Brentwood with his wife and family. Patrik attended Vanderbilt University focusing on Mechanical Engineering & IT. Patrik ran operations for 10 years at the Nashville Division of a leading National homebuilder. He brings a professional acumen to each project because he understands the business side of homebuilding. Patrik collaborates with his clients while providing: exceptional focus on critical details; a high level of personal communication; and keeping the budget/timing in check.
