Bill came to rescue our master bedroom's bathroom shower during the cold winter. The shower was screwed up by the previous contractor and was leaking. It had to be demolished and rebuilt. Bill squeezed us into his busy schedule despite my last-minute emergency call, and his team rebuilt the whole shower from the floor to the ceiling effectively and timely. So we could enjoy a cozy Christmas at our home, rather than at a chaotic construction site. Bill is polite and clear in his communication throughout the process.
We highly recommend his team for any job, small or big.

William is the lead for a superb team of carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. He completed a complicated project for us with ease and elegance. His attention to detail, transparency about pricing, and patience in planning are rare among contractors. The whole team goes above and beyond expectations from beginning to end. They isolated the space like surgeons and helped select materials and colors like artists and cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own house. After the bathroom renovation, we liked the team so much that we hired them for a patio build-out last summer and will be doing bigger projects with them soon.

The Aesthetic team were so conscientious, professional and punctual on our project that involved multi areas of our home (and many changes from our side). After being so used to the opposite from the general building trade, it was a pleasant surprise. I cannot recommend them enough as we are super happy with all aspects of their input, advise, work and communications.

Bill & his team do a great job regardless of the size of the project whether it's a bathroom remodel, building a new garage, or just refreshing an in-law/au pair suite. Bill is also super responsive, solution-oriented, and collaborative. I would highly recommend Aesthetic Renovations.

Aesthetic Renovations did a great job with our deck rebuild. It started with a very thorough initial meeting and very diligent (but not overbearing) follow through. He recommended an architect, electrician, and plumber for the job, so we only really interacted with him and his team. Since then, we have continued to work with them and hope to start some other projects soon.

We were so fortunate to find Aesthetic Renovations when we were looking to tear down our old deck and rebuild it. At our initial meeting, Bill came over and really listened to our objectives. He understood our vision, talked through all the variations we could consider, advised us on the more technical aspects, and helped us to find an architect to draw up the plan. And then he built us the most BEAUTIFUL deck. His crew was punctual, respectful, professional, and friendly. They are hard working and reliable. Bill is a great communicator and is always available to discuss the project. We had such a great experience with Aesthetic that we have asked them to come back to rebuild our fireplaces! Thanks Bill, Mark, Jim and team!

Bill and aesthetic renovations was the best decision we made in a contractor. We hired them to Reno 3 bathrooms in our 1930’s colonial Scarsdale home and I could not be happier with the finished product. We had a major Reno project before, so we knew the ins and outs of a large scaled project. And this project in particular was incredibly tricky due to some of our odd bathroom shapes. But by far Bill and his incredibly skilled and professional team exceeded all expectations, in terms of quality, cost, customer service, and more. I could not be happier with our new bathrooms. I know Bill takes pride in the work his team does, and it shows. He has an incredible eye and his attention to detail, which is so important in older homes and their original architectures, is by far and away the best I’ve seen in a gc. I would recommend bill and his exceptional team to anyone.

Everything you want in a contractor – excellent workmanship, fair value and outstanding communication. Bill, and his team, approach every project with sensitivity and intelligence, with options and great ideas and with true talent. We’ve benefited from full window and door replacement, patio repairs and improvement, laundry room renovation, multiple bathroom renovations and, just as importantly, those projects that improve the integrity of the structure, such as repairing an underground crack in our foundation and sealing our garage walls from leakage. We have relied on Bill and his team and have the great fortune to continue to do so.

This is the third project Bill Buckingham has done for our family. He is reliable, honest and an amazing contractor. There is nothing that he won't do and do well. He is imaginative, has good workers working for him. There is no-one else I would use. He just finished a tremendous project for me- New floors, 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen, were all created while i was in Florida with my husband for the winter. I hired aesthetic renovations for a couple of smaller projects and then to renovate my kitchen, bath and den. I can unequivocally say that the AR Team are excellent craftspeople, reliable and honest. They really are the only contractors I would use at this point.

If we could give 10 stars I would do it. Billy treated our home like it was his own. His employees are respectful, clean and diligent. He is the best troubleshooter saving us significant amounts of money by finding the most efficient solutions. His pricing is always fair and sometimes I just know he is staying up at night thinking about our projects. In the 12 years Billy has done work for us, I don't think we had 1 easy project but he always made it easy. Over the last 4 years Billy has helped us manage the home from 3,500 miles away responding to tenant needs, and preparing the house for ultimate sale. We could not have sold the house without him. The day of closing the buyer required some nitpicky things done from the closing table and Billy ran over to the house to get it done for us. Truly amazing, always above and beyond the call of duty and we trust him implicitly.

We hired Bill to handle fixing water damage in a wall of our master bedroom along with some other tasks throughout the home (replacing some windows, painting, etc.). He and his team were professional, easy to work, mindful of our budget, very knowledgeable and overall really streamlined the entire process. It was wonderful working with them.

I feel so lucky to have found Bill and his team at Aesthetic Renovations. I had a great feeling about him from the moment I met him— he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, communicative, honest, I could go on and on. This was our first time renovating, so we had heard the horror stories about contractors but I can honestly say that after doing a near gut-Reno of our home (inside and out from top to bottom), we have had a positive, pleasant experience throughout.
Bill and his team are amazing at what they do. They are truly experts in their craft and problem-solvers with anything expected and unexpected that came our way. They gave honest and expert advice so that we could stay within our budget and prioritize our needs and desires.
Bill takes pride in all his work and is committed 100% to his clients and projects. Bill is so responsive (we literally have him on speed dial) - to the point that when we had an unexpected flood in our basement, he drove over an hour to our home at midnight to help us with the mess.
I’m hesitant to write this review only because I don’t want to share him with other clients, but If you’re lucky enough to get on his rotation, you will be set with all of your home Reno projects for life!

They’re workers were hardworking and friendly. I’d absolutely use them again for other projects in the future because I know their work is top notch and the end results are perfection!

Bill and Aesthetic Renovations did an excellent job renovating and remodeling my Master Bathroom and Closet. Bill has great vision for remodeling so saved us the added cost of hiring an architect. Their work is meticulous and finished within the estimated time frame and budget. Bill and his workers left our bedroom spotless at the end of every work day. I found Bill through my real estate agent. I had selected two or three contractors to compare and contrast. I chose Bill and Aesthetic Renovations because Bill had a very creative approach, understood what I was looking for and was very communicative on how and why decisions were made. I think of myself as a creative individual and Bill was able to visualize my ideas and make them come through to fruition. In addition, I can contact Bill at any time to work on follow up items and he is still available after the finish date.
Update January 2019 - I recently ran into an issues with an old Hot Water heater, although it was not part of the original project the Aesthetic Renovation team immediately answered my call and helped during a very busy time of year and had my hot water heater replaced in a day. Amazing service - above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

We hired Bill Buckingham / Aesthetic Renovations for our master bathroom gut / re-design to include building a new outdoor shower deck and we are beyond thrilled with the results! Bill was professional, accessible and highly communicative throughout the process. His talented team arrived early and worked steadily and methodically to produce spectacular results. Most importantly, Bill was instrumental in choosing appropriate materials, reliable vendors and resolved several unexpected challenges in a timely manner.
Our project included replacing set of windows with a new sliding door and constructing a raised, weather resistant, outdoor shower deck. Bill's attention to detail, ability to think 'out-of-the-box', focus on the bottom line and willingness to go the extra mile is huge. Specifically, we were able to prioritize within budget "on the fly" and make well informed aesthetic/functional decisions to discard heated floor idea in favor of a custom curb-less shower pan and help reduce the discrepancy in height from tile floor to bedroom carpet. Further, Bill creatively and cost-effectively, re-framed the bathroom door to accommodate my late change request for 2nd heated towel rack rather than just go with my idea to move a wall. Workmanship and follow through are exceptional, Aesthetic Renovations is the way to go!

He had the vision to take an old dingy and mainly unusable space and convert it into a wonderful laundry room and kids space that we love and use daily--which also included the creation of a storage and shelving unit. We were so happy with their work and used them again 2 months later to replace our hardwood floors.

I hired Aesthetic Renovations to completely renovate 3 bathrooms in my house. Bill, the owner, guided me through the entire process from start to finish. He provided creative solutions to issues that arose and helped identify areas in which to save money. The work crew was professional and experienced. The work product was meticulously completed and the end product is beautiful.

We have used Aesthetic Renovations 4 times over the last 10 years. Projects have ranged in size and scope. The smallest project was the fixing of a water run-off issue by redesigning our driveway. The largest project was the addition of a master bedroom suite, the remodeling of the remaining bedrooms, bathrooms and the newly enlarged basement to a liveable space that included an exercise room and a playroom. The owner was in constant contact with us throughout our projects, and we always knew how they were progressing. The projected cost and timeframe for completion are accurate and the workmen are courteous and professional. When combining our dining room and kitchen to make a great room they literally adjusted the plans for the walls by a few inches so my wall oven would fit.
Aesthetic Renovation does not just build they are craftsmen.

The service is first rate always conducted In a professional and thoughtful manner. I have been around construction projects all my life being a son and grandson of a carpenter and a cement mason.
It is very difficult to find someone who puts an interest and has an attention to detail like its your own project.
That is the the most remarkable thing about this company. Mr. Buckingham treats his clients home like it is his own. All projects that he has completed for my home have been completed with impeccable quality and attention to detail.
Work is completed to the customers ultimate satisfaction.

He not only executed our own design, but also provided helpful recommendations to enhance the overall look of the space. Workers were competent and polite, and maintained a clean work area.
