General contractor who is able to read drawings, listen to a woman with my ideas, and still has a great sense of humor. David Carroll is an excellent contractor and does all phases of construction and very well!
I gutted the house, and hired David to frame the new walls for monoslopped ceilings in the 44ft long great room, and vault dining, fun room and master bedroom. So far, he's completed the footings, and installed the girders. We are making progress!
